Served as President, Chief Operating Executive & Principal of ADJ Mortgage LLC, a Texas mortgage company providing services for commercial and residential properties, investment firms, business entities and nonprofit organizations. The company originated, processed, closed and serviced mortgage loans.

Served as President of Near Town and Associates, Inc., a Texas nonprofit housing organization dedicated to providing quality, safe and affordable housing.

Served as President and subsequently Interim President of American Housing Foundation, providing executive leadership and portfolio oversight for a large multi-state housing organization. Responsibilities included oversight of a portfolio comprising approximately 16,000 family, senior and scattered-site housing units, with the organization operating across nine states.

Led Hope Housing Foundation and related operations across affordable and workforce housing, multifamily ownership, development, rehabilitation, regulatory compliance, government-agency relationships and structured limited partnerships.

Prior construction-management operations included the reconstruction of more than 1,000 apartment units, together with hands-on experience in estimating, scheduling, inspections, cost analysis and project-completion management.
